Returns and exchange procedure

Should you wish to return or exchange your garment please follow the steps listed below.

1. Ring Customer Services on 0845 020 3250 or email to obtain a returns number.
2. Please state your original order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

a franked label will be sent to you along with a returns address label and a pre-paid postage sticker along with a simple form to complete, detailing your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

Put the garment, into its original packaging and seal carefully. Stick the franked returns label onto the box. Please note that with the exception of faulty garments, all tags and labels must be intact and the garment and packaging must be in original condition, as detailed in the terms and conditions.
5. Take the package to the Post Office and obtain a proof of postage, which would be needed in the event that the package doesn’t arrive back at our warehouse.
6. On arrival at our warehouse the package will be inspected and exchange garments or a refund will be sent within 30 days.

NB\ All exchanges and returns other than faulty worn garments must be arranged with Customer Services within 14 days of delivery by our courier. This returns procedure is administered according to the Terms and Conditions listed on our website

Unfortunately we can only offer free returns and exchanges to customers in the UK.
